Growing up I thought this movie was just ok, but everyone I knew absolutely loved this film, one of my closest friend carried a toothless stuffed animal with him every where he went. When I went back and watched it I actually really enjoyed it. I found Hiccup to be much more likable now than back then, little me didn't like his nasally voice. Toothless became actually really like-able as well. It was a very entertaining movie, but it was quite predictable, like you could tell they were all going to change their opinions throughout the film. Still really enjoyed it due to nostalgia. 7/10 would watch again.

This was my first time seeing this movie franchise, so it was a bit confusing. I had to ask my dad a lot of questions and he wasn't very happy. I liked the special effects and felt as if the plot could've been a bit repetitive at times. There were some shocks within the movie and it felt like I was watching virtual reality. I did really enjoy this movie, and I will always remember this because of the bond of my dad. 7.8/10 I would recommend seeing this and would watch it again.
This was an outstanding movie. It was very inspirational and moving. The actors did a flawless job portraying their characters. Might not recommend watching with your family due to the copious amounts of swearing. This movie follows a kid named Andrew Neiman who wants to become the next Charlie Parker. He is at the top Music school in the country and has an incredible work ethic. He plays until his hands bleed and wants to become great, im talking like showing up even after a car wreck. This movie shows how he deals with losing his passion, an abusive director and even just facing societal norms. I would recommend watching this if you need your soul to heal. 9.2/10 this is easily in my top 5 movies at this current time
This was probably my favorite movie when I was a kid. It really instilled the idea in me that a family doesn’t have to be picture perfect to be functioning. The sound track was incredible and the fact that it had big love-able aliens makes this the perfect little kid movie. It has suspense and heartbreak and then it all comes back together to form a happy ending that in turn led into a very successful franchise. This had me perfecting my stitch voice for years. I absolutely love this movie and I would recommend everyone watch this. 9.5/10
This is my personal favorite Pixar movie of all time. I loved this whole franchise when I was from the ages of 5-10. It has so many elements that hit especially close to me, such as giving toys up because of growing up. When Andy gives his toys to the little girl as he is going off to college, that really tugged on my heart strings because it is something that i will have to do within the following months, and I personally do not look forward to it. The adventure and plot twist allow for the facilitation of a superb film. I think this is the only film where the 3rd is the best out of all of them. You have to live under a rock to not have seen this, but if you haven’t definitely watch this. 9/10
I had previously heard great things about this movie so I decided to finally watch it. The highlight of this movie was definitely the soundtrack, it has many great songs that are know today even though it was set it the 1950’s. It has many intriguing elements such as parents being neglectful, childhood wonder, and bullies. It has all a reputation of being one of the best films of all time, and I do not agree. It was a good watch for most of the movie, yet it gets kind of stagnant and boring. I do not think that it graces my top 20 movies. I still enjoyed this movie a lot though and would recommend it again. If i had to imagine life in the 50’s this movie does just that, standing up to bullies etc. 6.5/10.
This movie was very transformative for me personally on how I view Hitchcock. Most of his others films were horror centered and often had romance that went along with the horror plot. This was different, but I really enjoyed it. Hitchcock experimented with a relatively new genre for him and that was comedy. It still was a murder mystery with a twist in true Hitchcock fashion, but it was truly funny, there were numerous times I l caught myself and my mom laughing out loud. The basis of this movie was that several main characters thought they had killed this guy that was found in the woods. It was truly funny to see the characters experience irony with how many times they had to dig a grave or dig up a grave. It felt very much like an old Scooby-Doo episode and that rendered with me personally. I would recommend giving this movie a try because it is funny, it can be watched with anyone, and it has that good Hitchcock drama. 8.5/10 would watch again.
This before I watched the perks of being a wallflower, was the saddest movie I had personally ever seen. It is a great movie, but it really makes you hate it from how much it tugs at your heart strings. I'm not going to spoil it, but someone who you didn't think would pass away, dies. This movie for a long time made you feel like you were in a 2010's indie song, then it becomes extremely emotional. One of the movies I've cried most too. Would watch again, 7.67/10.
Jack a struggling musician gets hit by a bike and his whole world is flipped. He lives in London but a London where the Beatles never existed. He is one of a few people that remembers them and carries on their legacy in this new timeline. He in turn becomes incredibly famous and rich. This was his golden ticket. As someone who grew up on the Beatles it was a very good movie to re-watch. This movie had elements of Love, Drama, Sadness, and Nostalgia. It is a very light-vibed movie. It is like a Sunday-Afternoon type of movie. 8/10 would watch again.
I walked into my brother's room and saw him watching 10 things I Hate About you. This inspired me to re-watch one of my favorite rom-coms. This is one of the cheesiest movies of all time, yet you almost can't stop watching it. The elements of love, betrayal, friendship, and disappointment foster the perfect recipe for a Netflix original movie. I would watch again. I would say the movie ratings wise was not good, but it has an acquired taste. As a kid who grew up watching Disney channel it was perfect, it is so similar to a let-it-shine or camp rock kind of movie. 7.5/10 would watch again.
